These terms govern access to Particles Quant Cloud, a governed market data and research compute service operated by Particles Data Technologies Limited. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Beta service
The commercial Beta is provided for evaluation and quantitative research. Features, datasets, quotas and interfaces may change with notice. No trading, investment, tax or legal advice is provided.
Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for account credentials, API keys and activity performed by your organization. Administrators must promptly remove former members and report suspected compromise.
Data and permitted use
Dataset access is limited to rights shown for your organization. Unless a signed order expressly permits it, raw or reconstructed market data may not be redistributed, sublicensed, published, used to operate a competing data service, or shared outside your organization.
Customer content
You retain rights in specifications and research content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to process, store, secure and return that content. Platform-managed storage is operated in our cloud account and is not represented as inaccessible to authorized platform operators.
Fees, suspension and termination
Paid access is billed under the selected plan or signed order. Unpaid, abusive, unlawful or security-threatening use may be limited or suspended. On termination, applicable retention and deletion periods continue to apply.
Availability and liability
Beta access has no SLA unless a signed order says otherwise. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Any negotiated warranty, liability cap or governing-law term in a signed order controls over this page.
