Privacy Notice

We process account and organization details, authentication and security events, support correspondence, subscription records, product usage, IP/device metadata and identifiers needed to operate API keys, Jobs and artifacts. Payment card data is processed by Stripe and is not stored by us.

We use this information to provide and secure the service, enforce entitlements and quotas, bill customers, respond to support, detect abuse, satisfy legal obligations and improve reliability.

Information may be processed by infrastructure, email, monitoring and payment providers acting on our behalf, or disclosed when required by law. Production services may process data in regions identified in an applicable order or service description.

We retain account, audit, billing and support records only as needed for service, security, contractual and legal purposes. We use access controls, encryption, logging and backups, but no system is completely secure.

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information through /contact. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, disputes or law.
