You must use Particles Quant Cloud lawfully, within assigned entitlements and in a way that does not harm the service or others.
Market data restrictions
Do not redistribute, republish, resell, scrape in bulk beyond your quota, reconstruct an unlicensed feed, remove provenance, or give credentials or downloaded data to an unauthorized person. Research outputs must not be used to evade restrictions on underlying data.
Security and platform integrity
Do not probe another tenant, bypass authentication or quotas, introduce malware, interfere with workers or queues, attempt unauthorized credential access, or use the service for denial of service. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately through /contact.
Compute restrictions
Only supported specifications and controlled operators may be submitted. The Beta does not permit arbitrary code execution, cryptomining, credential harvesting or workloads unrelated to the documented research service.
Enforcement
We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate use that violates this policy or creates legal, security, availability or cost risk. We may preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful investigations.
